During the past decade, the landscape of higher education in the U.S. has changed substantially in terms of student population and real estate, particularly among private sector colleges, which have tripled their enrollment by providing flexible course schedules at convenient locations for their students.

CBRE’s Private Sector Colleges/Universities Practice (CBRE PSCU) Group understands the business goals of these institutions and how real estate supports those goals. By drawing upon CBRE’s resources in consulting, research and analysis, site selection, project management and facilities management, PSCU enables for-profit schools to secure strategic locations, lower occupancy costs and increase market presence.
