For more than 25 years, CAPPS has been actively engaged at all levels of government to ensure our members' voices are heard and our issues are addressed. With more than 300 institutions, CAPPS member schools are helping students of all ages, backgrounds and skill-levels achieve their dreams and secure stable employment. All CAPPS member schools and colleges are nationally or regionally accredited or approved-only.

In our 35th year of business, Western Pacific Truck School is still devoted to our original goal – giving men and women the knowledge and skills they need in order to become a safe professional truck driver. We offer Class A and Class B Courses, Forklift Training and Certification, and Refresher training programs in Sacramento, Stockton, and Modesto, CA. Our Class A Tractor Trailer Operator Program is approved for the training of Veterans under the Provisions of Title 38, USC.
