The California Association of Private Postsecondary Schools (CAPPS) is dedicated to spreading the word about the role of private post-secondary education and represents the many diverse kinds of schools in California. For more than 25 years, CAPPS has been actively engaged at all levels of government to ensure our members' voices are heard and our issues are addressed. With more than 300 institutions, CAPPS member schools are helping students of all ages, backgrounds and skill-levels achieve their dreams and secure stable employment. All CAPPS member schools and colleges are nationally or regionally accredited or approved-only.

In partnership with CAPPS, MaxKnowledge offers a wide variety of online and blended training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of career college personnel. Subject areas include: Accreditation, Admissions, Education (Instructor Training), eLearning, Financial Aid, Marketing, Operations, Placement and Retention. Our training courses are facilitated by leading career education experts and participants receive Continuing Education Units upon completion of training. We also offer a wide range of free resources, including social learning opportunities through The Career College Lounge – an online learning community. Our mission is to maximize performance of career colleges and universities through effective employee development solutions.
