Managerial Challenges in Coping with State Regulatory Bodies & Preparing for State Reauthorization

California is not easy! Establishing a presence in California is not easy and becoming successful is even more difficult. This session will focus on the difficult issues of timing your approval and renewal issues with State Regulatory bodies such as the BPPE, BRN and others, as well as regulatory versus business options and compliance staffing. The session will offer tips and advice pertaining to how to stay compliant and what to look for in terms of potential changes in State laws over the next year. Managing to no mistakes (or at least small ones) is a learned process and this session will assist you in the effort.
