DCA Issues New Waiver Extensions

Exercising the authority under Governor Gavin Newsom’s Executive Order N-39-20, the director of the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) issued the following waiver extensions today:

• DCA Waiver DCA-20-40 Waiver Extending DCA Waiver DCA-20-03 Nursing Clinical Hours

• DCA Waiver DCA-20-41 Waiver Extending DCA Waiver DCA-20-08 Nurse Preceptorship Requirements and Restrictions on Nursing Student Clinical Training

• DCA Waiver DCA-20-42 Waiver Extending DCA Waiver DCA-20-21 Waiving Restrictions on Telemedicine and Extending Time to Refill Prescriptions for Veterinary Medical Board

• DCA Waiver DCA-20-43 Waiver Extending DCA Waiver DCA-20-22 Waiving Face-to-Face Training Requirement for Veterinary Medical Board
