As announced on Sept. 23, 2026, we will hold the December 2026 Federal Student Aid (FSA) Training Conference for financial aid professionals on Dec. 14–16, 2026, at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. We are excited to offer both general and breakout sessions, with changes to the Title IV programs resulting from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, also known as the Working Families Tax Cuts Act, featured prominently as well as sessions discussing improvements to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, best practices around fraud prevention, and operational updates on Financial Value Transparency reporting, audit and compliance findings, the Clery Act, and much more.
This announcement provides the details you will need to register for the conference. FSA is using a phased registration process to prioritize partner school attendance, while also allowing for attendance by the broader FSA partner community. Although there will not be a live stream or hybrid attendance option, we will record conference sessions and post the recordings on the FSA Training Conference website shortly after the conference ends.
