Since its founding in 1988, NCTI has been a key provider of EMS education in California, operating paramedic campuses in Roseville, Livermore and Riverside, along with five satellite programs offering EMT and paramedic training statewide. Supported by experienced faculty and full CAAHEP accreditation, NCTI delivers high-quality instruction as part of American Medical Response with Global Medical Response. Beginning in 2025, students across all California campuses will have access to workforce funding grants and continued VA funding approval, increasing program accessibility. With strong retention and National Registry pass rates that meet or exceed state averages, NCTI has successfully prepared thousands of EMT’s and paramedics to enter the workforce and support California’s healthcare system.
