Pima Medical Institute’s Chula Vista Campus Wins Prestigious Community Services Award

Presented by the California Association of Private Postsecondary Schools (CAPPS) this Honor Highlights Pima Medical’s Commitment to San Diego County
Chula Vista, Calif. (April 20, 2020) – Pima Medical Institute’s Chula Vista Campus has been awarded the California Association of Private Postsecondary Schools (CAPPS) Excellence in Community Services Award. The Chula Vista campus was recognized for the outstanding work done by the students, faculty and staff to enrich the lives of both the two and four-legged members of San Diego County. Each community event was inspired by the ideas of both staff and students and because of the variety of personalities and backgrounds; Chula Vista has been involved in an eclectic selection of events.
“In addition to providing quality, in-demand healthcare education to our students, community involvement is a key to our success,” said Lou Osborn, Chula Vista Campus Director. “San Diego County is where the majority of our students, faculty and staff call home.
