Domingo Alvarez has over twenty years of experience in public accounting and private industry. Prior to founding A&M Domingo was an auditor with the audit firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Miami, Florida. During his time with the firm, he worked on clients of various sizes ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local or middle market companies. His industry experiences included Higher Education, Construction, Retail, Manufacturing, Audits of Employee Benefit Plans (401k Plans), and Transportation and Warehousing Logistics. His more significant clients included Nova Southeastern University, Mastec, Panalpina Worldwide Logistics, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Edwin Watts Golf Shops, Inc., Cordis (a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson), and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

Domingo dedicates all his time to the Higher Education Industry and volunteers significant time as an associate member of the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges (FAPSC). Domingo is also a frequent presenter in industry specific seminars.

Domingo has a bachelor’s degree of Accounting and International Business and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University. Domingo is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of Florida.

Rosaline Mendoza has over sixteen years of experience in public accounting and private industry. Prior to founding A&M, Rosaline served for nearly two years as Financial Reporting Manager for North American Title Group, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Lennar Corp, a public company).

Prior to joining North American Title Group, Rosaline was an auditor with the audit firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Miami, Florida. During her time with the firm, she worked on clients of various sizes and industries. Her clients ranged from Fortune 500 companies to local or middle market companies, while her industry experiences included Higher

Education, Telecommunications, Construction, Retail and Distribution, Manufacturing, Audits of Employee Benefit Plans (401k Plans), and Transportation and Warehousing Logistics. Her more significant clients included Stetson University, Vector Group, Ltd. (a public company), AT&T Latin America, Cartier, and Cordis (a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson).

In addition, Rosaline was an auditor with the audit firm of Grant Thornton LLP in Miami, Florida. There she had the opportunity to work in various industries such as Distribution and Not-for-Profit entities.

Rosaline has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and a Masters of Accounting from Florida International University. Rosaline is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of Florida.
