Xavier College, founded in 2004, is a small ABHES-accredited private nursing school in Stockton, and has graduated over 500 vocational nursing students. The school’s philosophy is based on the universal concepts of caring and compassion that enhances each professional’s contribution towards the overall aim of health care. The school is organized to improve students’ likelihood of success in the program, future employment opportunities and job performance. It values excellence, quality and professionalism in the provision of nursing education. Most of the graduates are currently employed locally as LVNs, or are in school to advance their nursing education.
